Our Renovation Design Plan is our flagship full-service offering. We manage every aspect of your renovation or redesign with precision, creativity, and an obsessive attention to detail — so you can live your life while we build your dream home.

I hired Katen Karlten of Bloom Again Design to be the project manager and assist me with shopping for a condo renovation. I live in Vancouver and was asked by my parents to give their condo in Honolulu a makeover. I felt this would be difficult from such a distance so Katen was an essential part of the process. We met at the beginning of the renovation in Honolulu and did a whirlwind of furniture shopping which was then stored away until the renovation was complete. I returned to Vancouver and the work was overseen by Katen. We communicated by phone, text, and email. She sent me photos and videos so I could keep track of the progress and make decisions from afar. I was extremely happy with the outcome and could never have done it without her.

The Process

  • Design Clarity Session

    Every project begins with a 2-hour working session where we walk through your space, review your inspiration, discuss your goals, and establish a clear design direction. You'll leave with expert recommendations and a concrete plan for moving forward. Available in-person on Oahu or virtually. Investment: $750.

  • Concept Design Phase

    We sort through your inspiration images and have you complete a design questionnaire from which we can create a conceptual design, budget, and high-level selections and estimates.

  • Details Phase

    After all items have been selected, including floorplans and elevations, we present you with everything to review and approve. We make revisions based on your feedback and prepare to purchase the necessary materials.

  • Purchasing Phase

    We handle all the purchasing and communicate details to vendors and tradespeople. We also track deliveries and resolve deficiencies.

  • Installation Phase

    We receive your items, inspect them for any damage, and ensure they are properly installed in your home.

  • Finished Project

    We follow up on any outstanding items and provide a care guide to help you maintain your new furnishings and finishes, and we also supply a list of associated warranties. At this time, we also style and photograph your project for our portfolio.
